Paulina graduated with a M.A. in Demographics Statistics and a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Marketing from the University of California, Irvine. During her graduate studies, Paulina developed a methodology to analyze local demography for real estate applications utilizing statistics and Geographic Information Systems, commonly known as mapping software. Paulina works to combine her analytics and marketing background to deliver personalized real estate services.

In her spare time, Paulina enjoys property rehabbing and envisioning how a property could be improved and beautified. She updates her blog regularly to share her personal renovation projects. She is also extremely passionate about and exceptionally talented at eating; she constantly finds and tries new restaurants.

She is currently at Exclusive Listing, an Image Locations Company, a company that represents homes and locations for usage in the entertainment industry and has been acknowledged by Fortune 5000 and Bloomberg by one of the fastest growing companies. 

She is also a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, the National Realtors' Association, and California's Realtor Association.
